How we’re doing it: Establish clear and measurable goals from day one, carefully curating a one of a kind marketing strategy and reporting system that ties everything we do back to the client’s goals and allows us to optimize and improve as we work.

Amber’s goal: Ensure that every emoji or keyword serves a purpose. Nothing is too simple for a clear and concise project brief.

How we’re doing it: Starting every single project–no matter how simple–with a clear explanation of what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. That way, we never lose sight of our ultimate goal, success for ourselves and our clients. The result? We create better content–faster.

Meagan’s goal: Optimize content to deliver the best return on investment possible for paid campaigns.

How we’re doing it: We’re creating our own process for evaluating content before launching paid campaigns—one that blends content marketing best practices, innovative technology, and our own wits to develop content that gets high-powered results.

Lexi: Challenge ourselves to innovate consistently.

How we’re doing it: We set aside time just to question ourselves, taking a step back to really consider if there are any opportunities we might be missing with our content. Establishing a formal evaluation and brainstorming process keeps content fresh and impactful.
