The Founder: Hannah Mizelle
Ever since she could pick up a pencil, Hannah Mizelle has been crafting stories. And the founding of Agency 102 is her favorite one so far. Mid-pandemic, Hannah bravely made the decision to quit her full-time gig at a top digital agency in Baltimore to pursue her passion for helping people through strategic storytelling.
Having seen the industry from the inside, Hannah knew there was a need for a different kind of marketing experience. What started out as a one-woman show transformed into what Agency 102 is today: a boutique agency offering a marketing experience unlike any other — one with transparent communication, a dedicated team, and a quality of work worth every penny of their investment. Clients are never just numbers; they’re our partners, friends, and collaborators.
Agency 102 puts the client’s needs at the forefront. Born in Hannah’s 100-square-foot guest room (in her old townhome, number 102). The birthplace of Agency 102 represents the core of the company itself: that impactful, high-quality work doesn’t require 50-person teams, flashy client logos, or big offices with lots of overhead.
