The AHMC team is committed to the integrity of their business and providing exceptional lending services to people at every stage of owning a home.
Opportunity:
Blake Hyatt, manager of the AHMC Timonium, MD branch, hired Agency 102 in 2021 to help with a social media content strategy to nurture existing clients while building up his online presence to reach new clients. We created a strategy for Blake’s personal Instagram account and the Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation – Maryland Facebook page.
Solution:
Our team has assisted Blake and his team with strategy and copywriting, and produced high-quality content that educates current and prospective customers about homeownership and the loan application process. To date, we:
- Create monthly social media content calendars, including copy and graphics
- Schedule social media posts using Buffer
- Provide social media video strategy
- Leverage the homeowner community and Blake’s clients to create user-generated content when possible
- Provide newsletter content and strategy for the AHMC quarterly newsletter
