Background 

Formerly known as KLIK Media, the DC-based marketing agency rebranded itself as KLIK to be more reflective of all the services it offers. What once was solely focused on performance marketing, KLIK now offers a robust list of services including SEO and design and creative.

Once the team nailed down their new look and brand positioning, they were in need of a new website to reflect the amazing solutions they now provide clients. That’s when they got in touch with Agency 102 for help.

Challenge

Sometimes there will be projects that need to be completed on a quick turnaround — this was one of them. The first phase of KLIK’s website launch included development for core services pages, the home page, and the about page. Agency 102 has only a few weeks to grasp the new brand voice and positioning in order to craft copy that accurately tells KLIK’s new story.

Plus, with any rebrand, it is a collaborative effort to ensure the new copy best embodies where the new brand is headed.

 

Solution

Our writers at Agency 102 immersed themselves in KLIK’s new brand guidelines to understand the brand’s voice, mission, and values. We also reviewed their service “one-sheeters” to get a better understanding of the solutions they offer and how they wished to reflect that on their new website.
